After your initial consultation, the following modalities are used in the combination that is most beneficial for each person.
Feldenkrais uses gentle movement to improve the way your body accomplishes the tasks of daily living that we used to be able to do without thinking about it.
Somatic Experiencing® is a therapy that helps you recover from traumatic events in your life that may interfere with some area of your ability lead your everyday life.
If you have had an illness, an injury or other condition that interferes with your ability to do the things you want to do in your daily life, you may benefit from Occupational Therapy.
